Fall Fashion 2019

Fall is in the air! That means Halloween is right around the corner and pumpkin spiced lattes are back, but most of all, it means that people get to look forward to the return of stylish fall outfits. If there’s one thing to get you in the mood for the fall, it is the wide variety of seasonal favorites such as sweaters, boots, and warm jackets. We got the opinions of Washington students on their fall fashion.

This is Francesca Dela Cruz (Grade 12). She is wearing a knitted honey-tan sweater matched with a pair of distressed jet-black jeans. She styled the rest of the outfit with a crocheted black infinity scarf. To top it off, she is wearing a pair of mahogany wedges. She says that she loves this outfit because it “resembles the beautiful and prominent colors of Autumn.” Overall, this outfit is the epitome of a fashionable and comfy look.

This is Julia Schutlz (Grade 12). She is wearing a gray tank top from Brandy Melville and a pair of distressed mom jeans from H&M. She says she is wearing this outfit because “it’s cozy and loose, perfect for California’s fall weather, which is really sunny and kind of unpredictable”. She also likes how the distressed mom jeans can pair well with a flannel or jacket in case the weather gets chilly. In addition, she is wearing a warm blood orange eyeshadow and a dark lip color to complete her fall look and match with the pumpkins.

This is Harneet Dhillon (Grade 12). She is wearing a patterned top and plain loose fitting pants. The top is  black, gray, and white, while the pants are red. She says she loves this combination because it is “extremely comfortable and the red makes the outfit pop more.” Harneet decides to pair her red and black outfit with nude flats because they are comfortable and match with the red and black color scheme. Overall, this outfit is super stylish, and perfect for the fall.

This is Khoi Nguyen (Grade 12). He is wearing a black button shirt with a Mandrian collar, black slacks that are cut and altered to a skinny fit, and a black fitted coat. He states that his choice in wearing an all black suit is to “represent the simplicity of my clothing style with the sophistication of fall fashion.” He pairs this outfit with a gold chain, a jade dragon necklace, a brown watch, and a gold belt for a pop of color. He says, “If I look good, I feel good. And if I feel good, I’ll do good.” Altogether, this outfit is very classy, and Khoi is very elegantly dressed for the fall.
