Some of his teammates and his coach were interviewed about him. When asked about what he thinks of Sarven as a teammate and also a friend, Jeffrey Antony says, “ Sarven is a great teammate to have. He never gives up, he’s always striving to be better than everyone, and he’s been a supportive player.” I also interviewed his coach, Mike Tripp, and asked about what kind of person he was outside and inside of the sports environment. He says, “Sarven has been a great player for a long time but he has shown massive improvement this season, dropping 20+ points every game.”

Finally, Sarven was interviewed and I asked him many questions. The first one was, why did he decide to play sports? He says, “I have been into sports since I was a kid. I always enjoyed playing sports, especially basketball.” He stated that he started playing when he was 8 and it was a sport that really felt natural to him. I also asked him how he manages his grades and sports at the same time. He said, “To be a student athlete, the student part comes first. I have to give time to my studies and then I’ll look into sports. I usually have my day as I wake up getting ready for school and after school I usually have practice. Then I go home and study.” Sarven has had an incredibly successful month, to sum it up. They have not only excelled in their sport, but they have also shown exceptional sportsmanship and commitment to their team. They have made an unmistakable impact on the sport, and they will undoubtedly succeed in the years to come.
