Washington should go back to distance learning

With Covid cases rising around the Bay Area, it is important to prioritize students’ safety. However, California has created many barriers to shifting back to distance learning. Even with in-person learning, there are strategies, such as strictly enforcing masks, that Washington can employ to protect students.
